"Gee whiz, maybe if people didn't lie in their loan applications and use their home equity as an ATM to pay for Escalades, Rolexes, hookers, and cocaine, then we wouldn't be in this situation."

Got a quarter tank of gas, in my new E class. But it's alright, cause I stay flyyy.

I saw the same stats, yesterday, in the AZ Republic newspaper.

This just confirms what I and the author of this site have been saying for quite some time.

Ladies and gentlemen, put down the PF Changs egg rolls, bottles of HGH and Botox long enough to comtemplate the figure 566%.

A whopping 556% percent increase in foreclosures from last year! Not 50%; not 100% or even 400%. Friggen almost 500%!

That's staggering! Gawd damn!

Now you tell me sh*t isn't hitting the fan big time. You tell me everything is OK in Arizona and let's just party hearty with the Scottsdale trash because things will somehow work out. I mean, they always did in the past, right?

No, folks. This time it's different. Much different. People are really and truly going to have to pay the piper on this one. It's just too friggen' gargantuan. Scottsdale, for all it fake swagger and McMillionaire glitz is going to get bit in the a-- BIG TIME! Its hapless inhabitants, for the most part, are an utter disgrace.

You tell me that we can just ATM, Home-Equity-Loan, or refinance ourselves out of this fiasco to safer shores.
Yeah, sure, and I've got a bridge I want to sell you...

Time to put down the crack pipe of cheap credit...and look in the mirror at your tweaked-out visage. I don't thing you're going to like what you see. It ain't pretty.

Every turkey has his day. And some of you turkeys are going to be toast. Or should I say, roast!

You people are an absolute spectacle. An outrage...

Woohoo! About time the market starts self correcting.

It should be said that, 7,139 foreclosures in the month of October, means there was, on average, 230 foreclosures everyday, 7 days a week. That's pretty damn impressive. Way to go Phoenix!

You know what's worse than a scumbag realtor? A mortgage broker.

Can't pay my rent, cause all my money's spent. But it's alright, cause I'm alriiight.
