Why do you want to be successful?
Come on, stop saying money. Money by itself is useless. But ... chances are, it's something that money can buy that you want. Money can buy not only material goods but a comfortable lifestyle for your loved ones ... a top-notch education for your children ... the ability to take care of your parents in their old age.
For me it was personal freedom. I don't care about money per se, I care about the freedom that sufficient money can bring. When I was working my tail off to find the solution to cold calling, I was picturing myself retiring young and enjoying life, and that's what drove me. As Napoleon Hill said, "Without sufficient money, life is mean and hemmed-in."
Find your real 'why' instead of just going after money. When you go after your real 'why' instead, the money will follow. And when you have a clear vision of your real reason for wanting success, getting up every day and going after it becomes a whole lot easier.
