This is my favorite part of the article:

Most backwards sales managers would actually be proud of generating 85% of their business from cold calling.
The question is...how much money did they make from this before they were fined?

Wow, fined for cold-calling in the UK home mortgages market? I'm glad though...I've been getting to many telemarketers calling lately.

That depends, using telemarketing for leads, could also be cold calling? People hate that the most!
But if you were to talk into a business and ask them for 5 minutes to tell them about your promotional products, etc... I dont think thats so bad
